The unique Clubhouse is situated in one of the most idyllic settings imaginable, located in the lighthouse building on the seaward end of the Vincent pier, completely surrounded by water and with superb, panoramic views of Scarborough’s South Bay and Castle headland and on a clear day Filey Brigg and Flamborough Head can be seen in the distance.

The Club offers a warm welcome to all visitors and a fine selection of  draught beer, wines and spirits served from our well stocked bar by our convivial steward, Eddie Mills.

As Dame Ellen MacArthur said, on pulling into Scarborough, ‘‘I couldn’t have had a more cheerful welcome in any port. I was soon invited into the Yacht Club to have pie and peas with the members. It was a perfect start and an early insight into the kindness I was to going to encounter throughout my trip’’
